Parinee I is a 21st century office tower designed by world renowned architect James Law of James Law Cybertecture International at the heart of Mumbai, India. Uniquely, this dynamic 160 meter tall tower is designed to provide ultra modern office spaces for a wide range of business occupants including the creative industries of the India movie business. Not only can the building form provide different views and experience from the office space inside, the diagonal façades are also installed with LED screen for film and graphic projection.
Tilted at different angles, the envelope of the building is the best place to present the latest movie trailer and advertisement of products as a beacon over the skyline of Mumbai. The auditorium and restaurant at the top provide flexible spaces and facilities for the parties, events and even movie premieres. The spaces are enclosed in a futuristic and iconic form which draws inspiration from the glamorous creative world of India movies and creativity. With the completion of this iconic tower in India, the Parinee I designed by James Law, will itself will definitely become the futuristic architectural landmark in the world.
Concept
The concept derives from the energy of the creative industries of India, in film, in culture, in technology, and for world renowned architect James Law of James Law Cybertecture International to come up with the design of an ultra-future iconic office tower that on all levels represents the design for the future office building. The Parinee I is the product of exhaustive research, creative inputs and architectural engineering design by an international team of experts lead personally by James Law to create the best office building in the world at the heart of Mumbai.
“i”magination – Lobby
Without imagination a great movie can never be produced. The futuristic and metallic folding wall design of the lobby is inspired by imaginative sci-fi movie setting. The red LED light fills the lobby with energy. James Law Cybertecture’s design reflects the future and unlimited potential of being creative.
“i”conic – Auditorium
Movie stars are always iconic and so is the tower’s design. This vigorous form floating above the office floors on the top is an auditorium and restaurant space dedicated to the celebrities. The flexibility of the space can cater for activities such as premieres and private party. The west facing facade of auditorium is installed with large glazing which offers our guests a chance to look at the breathtaking view of Mumbai. James Law Cybertecture has created this iconic form to be the best place in Mumbai to see and be seen with the iconic crowd of India.

Working in one of the most iconic office building in Mumbai and the world grants you a superior identity. James Law Cybertecture has designed an ultra modern office space suited for creative, finance, management and many forms of business occupants. From a single or double office space to whole floor office plate, you will find all your needs in the tower. The highest office floor is designed to provide higher headroom which gives superior identity and prestige to the owner.
“i”ntegrate – Façade
Integration is an important factor in movie production and creative industries. The facade design of Parinee I is an integration of four different facade zones offer diverse spatial experiences from both inside and outside. A unique combination of glazing, LED, louver and sky garden zones create a unique and iconic building profile. James Law Cybertecture’s design of this facade has created a dynamic yet balanced profile which sets the building apart as a representation of a 21st Century skyscraper.
